We collect data that you provide voluntarily when subscribing to our newsletter (name and email address), technical data about your device and browsing (IP address, browser type, pages visited) and data derived from the use of cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy.

Data is used to send you information about real estate crowdlending opportunities, to comply with applicable legal obligations, to improve the website and to prevent fraudulent or abusive activities.

Processing is based on your free and informed consent (Law 172-13 on Comprehensive Protection of Personal Data of the Dominican Republic) and on Veliqent's legitimate interest to operate the site and communicate with people interested in its services.
